2. You will receive an email confirmation once the product warranty registration is complete and approved.

3. Please upload a copy of the purchase invoice for proof of purchase. (If you purchase from any other reseller)

4. Or, please key in the correct order ID if you purchase from REANNEQ SDN BHD and Ouson Official Store in LAZADA/SHOPEE marketplace.

5. Warranty is void if the information provided is not complete.
