What do the colors mean?
Green means your reading is in range, orange means it needs attention, and red means you should monitor closely.
How do I add a measurement?
Tap the + button, choose a measurement, enter or scan the reading, review it, then tap Save Measurement.
How do I export a health report?
Go to History, tap Export Health Report, select the time range and format, then download the report.
Can I delete an incorrect record?
Yes. In History or My Devices, tap the delete icon and confirm before the item is removed.
